HEADIE ONE, PARKS JOIN BRITS LINEUP
4/16/21

Headie One and Arlo Parks have been added to the lineup for this year's BRIT Awards ceremony on 5/11, joining already announced performers Dua Lipa and Griff. They are both up for multiple awards.

The event will take place at The 02 Arena and exclusively broadcast on ITV and ITV Hub. Parks, who hit #3 on the U.K. charts with her debut Collapsed in Sunbeams (Transgressive) earlier this year, is up for Female Solo Artist, Mastercard Album and Breakthrough Artist. Rapper Headie One, whose debut album Edna (Relentless) landed in October, is up for Male Solo Artist and British Single for "Ain't It Different."

Nominations were unveiled last month with Celeste, Dua Lipa, Joel Corry and Young T & Bugsey joining Parks in receiving three nominations each, and Jessie Ware, J Hus, Bicep and AJ Tracey up for two awards alongside Headie One. Griff has already been named as this year’s Rising Star award winner.
