U.K. CHARTS: MAKE IT 5 FOR THE FOOS

Foo Fighters Medicine at Midnight (Columbia) hits #1 on the U.K.’s Official Albums Chart with 42,500 sales while Olivia Rodrigo’s “drivers license” (Polydor) claims a fifth week on top at singles.

Medicine at Midnight outsold its six closest rivals combined with 74% CD and vinyl sales; it’s Foos fifth U.K. #1.

At #2 is The Weeknd’s The Highlights (Island), the most-streamed album of the week followed by the debut from Black Country, New Road, For the First Time (Ninja Tune), new at #4.

Fleet FoxesShore (Anti) enters at #5, while The Staves claim their highest-charting position to date with Good Woman (Atlantic) at #13.

On the U.K.’s Official Singles chart, “drivers license” earned 59,000kchart sales, including 7.2m streams, to remain at #1.

Digga D & AJ Tracey have this week’s highest new entry at #5, “Bringing It Back” (CGM Records), while Tiesto’s “The Business” (Atlantic) jumps four to #7.
