U.K. MIDWEEKS: A PACKED TOP 5
9/21/20

Ava Max and Pink Floyd’s Nick Mason are battling it out for this week’s U.K. Official Albums #1 in an extremely tight race—just 1,700 sales currently separate the Top 5. Over on singles, 24kGoldn f/Iann Dior’s “Mood” (Black Butter) has moved into the pole position.

Yusuf/Cat Stevens could land his ninth Top 10 album with a re-recording of his 1970 album, Tea For The Tillerman 2 (UMC), at #3, while Run The Jewels are set to re-enter at #4 with RTJ4 (BMG) following its release on physical formats (the album landed at #18 in June on its initial digital-only release). Rounding out the Top 5 is Training Day 3 from U.K. rapper Potter Payper .

Alicia KeysAlicia (RCA) is eyeing up a Top 10 debut at #7, just ahead of Keith Urban’s The Speed of Now (EMI) at #8. Charli XCX is set to return to the Top 40 with her lockdown album, How I’m Feeling Now (Atlantic), currently at #11 following a vinyl release.
