POLYDOR PROMOTES FOUR

Polydor Records in the U.K. has promoted Stephanie Duncan-Bosu to Head of Press, and named Ali TantKaren Dagg and Jade Bradshaw as Heads of Marketing.

“Steph, Ali, Jade and Karen have all made huge contributions to the label’s successful run over the last few years, and it’s only right that they are recognized,” co-president Ben Mortimer said. “I am personally proud that Polydor continues to develop young executives and promote from within. The future’s bright.”

The marketing department changes follow the recent promotions of Lucy Dann and Stephen Hallowes to Directors of Marketing. The newly appointed Heads of Marketing will continue to report into them.

Duncan-Bosu joined Polydor in 2005 as press assistant and has risen through the ranks while executing press campaigns for a range of global acts including Selena GomezDaBaby and Demi Lovato. She will continue to report into Director of Press, Susie Ember.

Since joining Polydor in 2017, Tant’s artists have racked up 10 #1s, 26 Top 10s and 10 platinum-certified releases. Dagg, who became part of the Polydor team in 2016, guided #1 domestic albums for Brit Award-winning breakthrough Sam FenderPaul Weller and The Rolling Stones.

Bradshaw, who has worked at Polydor since 2018, has been responsible for launching the debut albums of Juice WRLDPop Smoke and DaBaby.

Label co-President Tom March said: “I’m delighted to announce the promotions of Steph, Ali, Jade and Karen to Heads of Department. Each has proved themselves to be outstanding in their field and invaluable team members. I look forward to seeing their continued successes as they step into these senior roles.”
