RUSKO HITCHES HIS WAGON TO DECKSTAR
8/5/16

Dubsteb mastermind Rusko has signed up with Deckstar for management. The influential DJ, who played a formative role in the worldwide explosion of dubstep, is a giant live attraction worldwide, appearing at top festivals and selling out his headlining shows; he's also produced M.I.A., Cypress Hill and Damian Marley, among others.

Deckstar's roster also includes chart-topping alt-rockers Blink-182, Jane's Addiction, Smashing Pumpkins and Steve Aoki.

“We were listening to Rusko way before we began working in the electronic music business," reads a statement from Deckstar managers Aaron Greene and Neal O'Connor. "He’s a hugely inspirational, legendary figure who brought dubstep from the UK underground to the masses and made the genre ubiquitous. It’s an honor to work with someone with such pedigree and respect in our community, and we look forward to what we can accomplish together."
