UMPG NASHVILLE INKS MORGAN WADE
6/30/21

UMPG Nashville has inked rising singer/songwriter Morgan Wade to an exclusive global publishing deal.

The up-and-comer released her first full-length album, Reckless, earlier this year to critical acclaim and showcased her songwriting prowess on all ten tracks.

The single, “Wilder Days,” is currently spinning at Country and Americana radio, and was recently featured as a Highway Find on SiriusXM’s The Highway.

“Morgan has a rare mix of authenticity and grit, accompanied with a fresh sound and pop sensibility that blew my mind the first time I heard her music. She truly has no ceiling and the UMPG team is beyond grateful for the opportunity to work with her and join the ride,” said Zach Lund, Director A&R, UMPG Nashville.

“It feels great to have a songwriting home with so many other artists and writers I admire. Zach and his team truly understand what I’m about, and I feel very supported by UMPG. I’m thrilled to see where we go from here,” added Wade.

Wade will be joining Ashley McBryde and Jason Isbell on the road this summer and is also set to perform at various festivals, including Pilgrimage Music Fest and Rock the South.

Seen hoping they don't stray too close to our offices are (l-r) Lund and Wade.
