Anthony Ramos, Lynette Coll, Leslie Grace, Jairo Alvarado and Santiago Zapata have joined the committee for NTERTAIN's NVISION Latino Film & Music Festival. The fest, which takes place 10/10-12 at the Palm Springs Art Museum, is a transformation of The Official Latino Film Festival since being acquired by Lex Borrero and Tommy Mottola's NTERTAIN.
Actors Ramos (Transformers: Rise of the Beast, Twisters) and Grace (In The Heights) join the fest's newly-formed committee, along with industry execs Coll (co-CEO of Luz Films), Alvarado (partner at Redefine Entertainment) and Zapata (head of film & TV, NTERTAIN Studios).
Westbrook Entertainment founder and veteran TV/film producer and manager Miguel Melendez joins the NVISION Festival board, alongside Borrero, Mottola and Danny Hastings.
“I am thrilled to join the board of the NVISION Latino Film & Music Festival,” said Melendez. “This is a transformative time in the entertainment industry, and I firmly believe that Latinos are now leading the way as the new majority. I look forward to contributing to our vibrant community and shaping the future of our storytelling. Partnering with Lex and the committee has super charged my enthusiasm for witnessing both established and emerging talents in our community.”
Submissions are now open for the festival. Find more info here.
