TOP MONEYMAKERS:
ROUND TWO

The battle between streaming titans Drake and Post Malone for the top spot on the Song Revenue Chart looks like it could be a long one. Drizzy’s “God’s Plan” reclaims #1 after being squeezed out the previous week by Post’s debuting “Psycho” featuring Ty Dolla $ign.

That’s because “Psycho” has experienced the standard second-week slide, while “God’s Plan” has dropped just 13%, compared with 43% for Post. But both earned north of $200k, nearly $300k for Drake, with streams accounting for the lion’s share in each case.

A pair of tracks bow in the Top 10 as the chart turns over, as XXXtentacion’s “SAD!” powers to #4 behind nearly $150k, and DJ Khaled’s latest gathering of party people arrives at #6.

The only single on the leaderboard to increase its week-over-week take is the insanely hooky “The Middle” from the law firm of Zedd, Morris & Grey. We wouldn’t be surprised to see it compete for top earning honors in the weeks to come.

For the second straight week, UMG notches seven of the Top 10 earners.
