CALLING DR. FEELGOOD!

Vince Neil Gets Attacked By Bolt-Wielding Fan
Motley Crue's Saturday (8/5) stop in Hartford, CT, was anything but the "Same Ol' Situation," when an overzealous fan hurled a bolt at frontman Vince Neil.

According to Launch.com, Neil was hit in the forehead with a two-inch bolt just as the band began "Home Sweet Home." Stunned, Neil dropped the microphone, then left the stage.

Against doctor's orders, Neil emerged 15 minutes later to show the crowd his wound, then joined the band for a shortened set.

The fan was apprehended by concert security. Reports that the attack was motivated by a disgruntled HITS staffer who was injured when she fell off the Motley Crue tour bus while wearing thigh-high red vinyl boots were unfounded.

Neil is reportedly considering pressing charges against the fan. Said Neil: "Dude, it would have been okay if he'd thrown a screwdriver. They come in those cute little ready-to-drink bottles."
