As one of the leading music content providers and publishers in trailer music, L.A.-based Ghostwriter Music is expanding with a new office in Nashville.

Spearheaded by Founder/CEO Chris Bragg and COO Travis Michaud, the new location will have a mix stage and full post-production capabilities.

The new Nashville location will concentrate on catalog growth and new artist development while the L.A. location—managed by Bryan Nguyen, Partner and Director, Creative Sync, and Paige Mount, Producer and Sync Manager—remains focused on custom music production.

With studio clients like Marvel, Disney, Sony, Paramount, 20th Century Studios, LEGO, Warner Bros. and Universal Pictures, among others, Ghostwriter Music also encompasses a publishing division, Astral Music, as well as a video game division, Mantis.

"I am beyond grateful for the growth we’ve experienced since Ghostwriter was founded in 2015,” says Bragg. “We’ve built an amazing team over the past six years with some of the hardest working people in the industry and I’m so excited for our future!"

One of the first companies to offer custom music composition for trailers, Ghostwriter Music’s services include music and sound design for feature films as well as tv programming across all mediums of advertising from studios like Amazon, Apple, FX, HBO, Hulu and Netflix.

The company most recently worked on Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard, Cruella, Cherry, Borat 2, Soul, The Unholy and Quiet Place 2 as well as video games Call of Duty and World of Warcraft.

Founded in 2015, Ghostwriter Music was awarded with a Music + Sound Association (MASA) Award for Best Record or Adaptation in a Film Trailer in 2019 as well as Best Original Composition in a Film Trailer and a Mark Award from the Production Music Association (PMA) for Best Use in a Theatrical Trailer in 2020.
