FROM YOUR PERSPECTIVE, WHAT HAS BEEN THE BIGGEST CHANGE IN THE NASHVILLE LANDSCAPE?
With the volume of songs that Country radio is being flooded with each week, it elongates the life cycle of records at the format. It easily can take a song six to nine months to peak at the format, and that has a trickle-down effect on the overall launch plan for an artist’s album.

HOW ARE YOU ADJUSTING YOUR GAME TO CHANGE WITH IT?
It’s important to preach patience with our radio clients, to support our label partners at radio and to really communicate with our managers on our daily and weekly progress at radio.
